Making Process

Fabric: 100% cotton corduroy 8 wale (240 GSM) with soft pile.

Nap Direction: Careful nap alignment in cutting; consistent pile direction across panels.

Tailoring: Clean plackets, reinforced button stands, topstitched seams; optional chest pockets.

Finishing: Light brush to enhance pile; steam to shape; QC for pile uniformity and measurements.

Sourcing

Compliant cotton mills; buttons dyed-to-match; interlinings with controlled shrink; trims within RSL.
